Came out the same day. Fixed my septic tank clog on the spot. Didn't try to rip me off my offering services I didn't need. Two other companies said I needed a new drain field and said my problem wasn't a clog. It WAS A CLOG.

Incredible attention to detail, wanted to make sure I was happy about everything. Being rural and having to pay for travel time was a bit of a downside, but quality was top notch

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge an $85 fee for each Service Call. If you choose to hire Hulsey Plumbing, this fee will be waived and there will be no charge for your initial visit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will be happy to provide you with an estimate for your plumbing job. Plumbing estimates are only given "on-site" by a trained plumbing professional who will specifically evaluate your problem, and then quote an exact price for your service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our plumbers undergo state mandate and licensing requirements, in addition to specialized training. They are up-to-date in all requirements and some of the most knowledgeable professionals in the field.
