We had all the windows in our home cleaned inside and out. Cater and Eli made our very dirty windows sparkle. They did not rush, they worked well together and got the job done in the time they had told us.

Shine Associates arrived later than expected to clean our windows inside and out. However, they had time to complete our job. They were responsible and notified us they were running late. Unfortunately, they did not bring a water hose, therefore, they used ours and they found the nozzle used to clean our screens broke. They ask if the could come back the next day. They did came back finished cleaning our windows. All there windows looked great except for one in the breakfast room. A portion of one window looks like it was missed. We did not see this until later whenever the sun hit it. Also the small window in our shower was missed. Overall, all the other windows looked great. The Shine associates were very polite and accomidating.
