- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re mostly price-inclusive. We don’t have hidden fees, additional fees that we see many competitors having. We keep it straightforward and simple.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process begins with gathering as much pertinent information regarding a move to be able to give an adequate estimate to a client. Our staff asks specific questions to ensure we have a base guideline for the move in question. After gathering and giving an estimate, we follow up with each client, even if the client has hired outside of our company. Once the client has deposited a down payment, we are able to schedule and book a crew for that move. At all times we are connecting with a client via phone, text, email, or in person.
