Ella C. says, "We worked specifically with Jaime Flores. Jaime and his team came by this morning to begin waterproofing the basement / crawlspace of our 1940's house. Jaime and team arrived right on time and were very professional. When talking through the job, Jaime pointed out at that 3 of 4 cement support walls around the crawlspace were very thin - noting that the walls were already cracked in 2 specific locations. He explained that if they were to begin jacking out the flooring and these walls were to come down, the cost of reconstructing the interior foundation walls of the crawlspace would be extremely high and potentially detrimental to the actual stability of the house. He suggested we take the time to have a structural expert come out to determine our options going forward. We were not charged anything and Jaime saved us upwards of $15 - $20k in repairs. These guys are legit, professional, knowledgeable, and honest - we would not use anyone else going forward. 5 stars!!!!"See more

Libby Watts says, "An excellent foundation and drainage repair job that involved extensive work to replace improperly poured outdoor concrete pad (under a deck), channel drain installation on pad, installation of steel floor stabilizers and footings for deck floor above (to replace rotted wooden supports), installation of grade beam under low wall supporting vertical supports, installation of new drain basin and improvement to existing drain basin in nearby yard area. All of this to remedy rain water entering finished basement room with heavy storms.Owners Byron and Jake impressed me with their experience and expertise, and with their quick determination of all the improper past construction that had led to the flooding. I cant say enough good things about them and their crew."See more

Ben and Corey also acknowledged my prior concern, which was apparently the result of a misunderstanding. I hate that I waited so long to speak up, because the Aquaguard team exceeded my expectations in their openness, kindness, and willingness to hear me and help me resolve my concerns. Thank you so much for everything!When I moved into my home I hired aquaguard to encapsulate my crawl space. I later had someone from aquaguard come out and inspect the work because I was having issues. Now the pump I had installed is failing every time it rains. Ive been putting off having aquaguard come out to my home after my last negative experience with the company, but feel I have no choice, but to seek their assistance again. I hope I can get this new issue resolved without the ridiculous hassle I experienced last time."See more
