FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my price on my knowledge, expertise and type of coaching/therapeutic intervention I will conduct with each individual. For example, a group session would not be as high a rate as an individual session because the cost is shared; however, your privacy is also shared with the group. Although confidential, most people prefer to participate in individual coaching/therapy because it's more tailored to one person's needs. There are also different rates for when I see clients through EAP programs, concierge (come to your home) and/or telemental health sessions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Master of Arts in General and Counseling and Guidance, I am an international Anger Management Specialist, Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor for the state of Georgia. I also have my certificate for life coaching.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
For me, I believe that the coaching, supervision and counseling is not work...this is my calling in life and my passion! I get a sense of peace knowing that I'm helping someone find their own way to healing by working through their issues head on or just simply having therapy as a way to enlighten themselves and become more self aware. I consider it an honor and privilege to teach and help those who are up and coming in the field to be the most competent they can be as future professionals by using my years of experience and expertise to help guide them in the right way.
