What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. I am currently studying for my Certified Hospitality Sales Executive (CHSE) designation. I am certified with Sandals, Couples, Secrets, Dreams, Carnival, Princess and Norweigan cruise lines as well.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a passion for travel and I love to help people plan their vacations.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be as specific as possible. The more detials you have such as potential dates, number of people (adults/kids) traveling, departure city, desired destination, what you would like to do on your holiday, if you are traveling to celebrate a special occasion, your budget and any other details you feel are important to you about your trip.
