- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Installations in existing areas are priced per unit installed. Furniture assembly are charged per piece. Not by the hour. We are fast and efficient in both these areas. Installations in new areas vary on a few factors. Same with ceiling fans, sinks, premade counters and cabinets, toilets, and a few others. Per piece in areas ready to go. Labor intense jobs that require time and possibly outside is charged by the hour, customers must pay for all materials. Some exceptions do apply. Interior paint and carpet removal is charge 3 dollars per square foot. Any materials purchased by us will be charged plus 20%. For any additional pricing please reach out. Thank you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key to customer satisfaction. Since we consider ourselves the honey-do list specialists, we like to establish everything you are looking for. We want you to be happy with our services and with prices.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ive been doing this kind of work since I was able to. I grew up spending my summers working on our family farm. Then I would come home to a father who taught me how to fix just about everything. When you grow up wild and reckless, you have to be able to fix your own mess. When I was 19, I left for the Marines where I continued my training. Later on to then join the Army as well where I continued to be trained in even more. I've always been the one people have called on to help them with whatever the tasks. So here I am, with my wife, your honey-do list specialist.
