I have been doing home maintenance and inspections for ten years, in that time I have learned to focus on quality over quantity. I have seen the best homes and the worst homes. It is hard to surprise me. I have learned that alot of major problems occur simply because the home owner doesn't know what to look out for and because of that I try to educate my customers on what to watch out for to help prevent bad things from happening. Most recently I have been working on commercial buildings for a major local university where I am responsible for eleven buildings. I will treat your home as if it is my own because I know how scarry it is when something leaks, buzzes, or burns when it's not supposed to. I love learning new things but I will never take a job that I am not confident I can handle. I won't waste your time.
