Fernando Ramirez!!! Very pleased with the work and the immediate coolness I felt within the two upstairs rooms once the roof was replaced. Will see how it holds up in rainy and/or cool weather. The heat that was once trapped was no longer an issue once a roof ridge vent was installed. Additionally, vents were changed, painted and also old satellite dishes were removed and discarded. Aside from his crew completing the job in two days, what I appreciated the most was Fernando’s professionalism and thoroughness in the project. He came prepared to show shingle examples (feel, color, thickness, cost, etc) after doing a few measurements. He was understanding when it came to payment bc of the Zelle restrictions of daily limits, he confirmed immediately what was sent and krr we pt an accurate ledger of what was sent. He kept me in the loop with pictures of the daily progress from removal to install. I am thankful and pleased with Fernando and all he did for my home and new roof.
