Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Marketing Packages consisting of a Flash Web Site, Search Engine Optimization, Flyers, Business Cards, and sometimes a company banner or vehicle wrap graphics.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Always choose quality and integrity. Without that combination you just have another service that doesn't positively impact the life of your business.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Business credit is of vital importance. If I knew at the outset what I know now, everything would be multi-billion right now.

Inside Secret: Never have a negative mindset or speak negatively concerning your business or retaining difficult clients.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Have a broad view of what you want. Allow creativity to flow and don't have some site you want yours to be like. Always seek to be better than the competition. Great services aren't free. Be specific. Research the level of work you want and weigh the services of others against ours.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Everything is original and custom. Prices are unbeatable for the level of work and the quality of our services.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Meeting the needs of our clients and providing a service that adds value and great profit to their businesses.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Can a flash web site be search engine optimized.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. about a decade ago I applied for a position at a financial institution to utilize my skills as a business manager. My resume was awesome and the interview went great.

At the end of the interview the executive gave my resume another once-over and said "I see you build web sites... Do You 'Have' Flash?" My answer was "Yes I Do." Now, he just asked "Do you HAVE Flash?" and not 'Have you ever used Flash?' Therefor, saying yes was not a lie. I would've told him the truth had he asked me that. He then looked at me with a slight grin and said, "How Does Forty Dollars An Hour Sound?" I replied. "Great." With a confident 'This is normal for me' kind of attitude. He then explained that he needed me to create an engaging animation piece for Sonny Purdue's campaign to become Governor. Mind you, I have never even created a thing in Flash at all. Back then it was flash 5 I believe.

I got right on it and did a great job. I scanned images, created backgrounds, sketched characters, THE WORKS! To my surprise I created a piece better than anything I'd ever seen on the web. I finished in 20 hours flat (10 hours straight over 2 days.) When I presented it to the guy he was ecstatic! Raving about the level of professionalism and turn-around time.

This one situation propelled me into the world of Flash Web Design and I'm great at it. My staff is great at it. I have the best programmers ever. The things most of them do have never been done before at all. I am proud of our team. Not only the marketing team but our business development team as well. They pour their hearts out to clients and help them tremendously and unselfishly.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That what I do is truly beneficial and I only want the best for them.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. It's a gift that I've always had. Started by just wanting a great web site for my own company. Gradually, it turned into a revenue powerhouse.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. http://www.promiseis.com. Really helped propel this young lady's music career.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yep. I download all the latest white papers and search the web for the latest trends and then figure out a way to top them all.

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Actually, the things we are working on will change business and entertainment as we know it.


Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. Right now were working on an awesome flash member site for a company called Radio Hustle. Musicians the world over will be able to create their own pages in our stunning flash site, upload their music, pictures, input bios, contact info, booking info and upload videos into the flash site, and even do it all from their mobile phones. We are also implementing an awesome twitter feed into each page as well!

The site is in developmental stages and will be complete 2 months from now.

Awesome client! They are receiving a 50k site for 10k! This is just one of the ways we help our clients get ahead in business.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. When a client pays full price the submit 60% up front and 40% upon completion.

When a client really needs us to work with them and lower prices substantially we require 80% up front and 20% upon completion.

When a client is getting a service dirt cheep we require 100% payment up front.

There are even more special cases but this is the system for the most part.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Go for it and don't limit your creativity in design or growth as a business. It's what you see inside that makes the difference.
