Some guy named Reginald called on behalf of the business. He said he was an apprentice of the business but wasn’t licensed. After telling him what was wrong he immediately said I had to replace the whole hot water heater. After saying he hasn’t even diagnosed or considered other problems he agreed to looking at it and talk through it with his plumber. I asked what was his fee to come out and diagnose and he said $35. I should have know better with such cheap prices. We agreed and I told him to diagnose but dont do any work without my approval. He arrives then call me and says its work and its about $125-150. After some back in forth I ask him for the name of his company and pic of his driver license which he refuse to provide
