- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not aim to be the cheapest company. I don't not want my buisness built upon mediocrity. We always do the best job possible in each circumstance, and we refinish with the intent of it lasting a very long time. We can offer lower pricing In some circumstances, but we are not competing with other companies, we accel in this field of work and we charge a fair price for a high quality product. You will always get what you pay for. We offer efficient scheduling, high quality work, and a clean work environment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer we follow the below steps. 1) Get a vision or idea of what the customer wants. 2) Inform the customer on how we can go about completing said work. 3) Estimate the work 4) Schedule the job and make sure we have all the needed materials lined up by the start of the project. 5) We like to recieve 50% down payment on the first day of the project and the rest when the project is completed. 6) We like our customers to leave us a review so we know how we can better serve future customers or what they liked about our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by a professional refinisher and have researched on my own many products, methods, and techniques to build my knowledge of refinishing. I like speaking to anyone who does high quality refinishing about how they do it and what products they use. In all the best training you can get for this type of work is experience. The more you do it the more you will learn.
