Dean is a real pro. He was very responsive throughout the process— sending text and email confirmations, reminders, etc. He also sends a message the day of the cleaning to let you know he is en route. It’s those little things that make a huge difference to me and cut my stress, especially as I am moving into a new home and have to deal with many different contractors. On the day, Dean was friendly, professional and efficient. The carpets and tile look great. We will absolutely have Dean back to clean our floors. Highly recommend.

Dean is great! I had a different sketchy, unprofessional company back out on me day of my scheduled cleaning and so I went searching again and that is when I found Dean. I explained that I had someone back out and I desperately needed a cleaning before Thanksgiving. He responded super quick with a nice voicemail and I only had to wait a few days before he could come out! He was on time, he got all my stains out, it smells very nice and he was done quickly. I have a TINY issue and that was the price escalated a little bit due to a room size misunderstanding so I wasn't really prepared for the extra cost, but oh well, it was good work. I am satisfied and will use him again!

Dean is OUTSTANDING! Experienced, Fast, and customer oriented. Cleaned carpets on stairs and rugs I thought I was going to have to replace -- Not now after Dean's Cleaning. I had forgotten how bright and white the colors in my area wool rugs were. Fantastic job... Thank you Dean!

Dean is a very nice, professional guy! He arrived on time for my early morning appointment. He reviewed the areas I wanted cleaned and got right down to it. This company did an exceptional job cleaning our carpets. Not only was he on time, but he answered every question I had. He was very quick and efficient! Once the carpets were completed he talked to me about the best ways to help keep stains away. We have two dogs so that was very helpful! We will definitely be using this company again!
