Because of the parameters allowed by thumbtack setup, I was not able to explain the job correctly. He came out, immediately recognized my problem and arranged for the proper equipment and personnel to come back today to finish the job. Looks beautiful and I'd never have believed it. I recommend them highly and will use them again.

Dean is great! I had a different sketchy, unprofessional company back out on me day of my scheduled cleaning and so I went searching again and that is when I found Dean. I explained that I had someone back out and I desperately needed a cleaning before Thanksgiving. He responded super quick with a nice voicemail and I only had to wait a few days before he could come out! He was on time, he got all my stains out, it smells very nice and he was done quickly. I have a TINY issue and that was the price escalated a little bit due to a room size misunderstanding so I wasn't really prepared for the extra cost, but oh well, it was good work. I am satisfied and will use him again!
