I called Bobby yesterday, he said he would fit me in for today. In and out in one hour and I now have heat restored in my downstairs unit! Even helped me get the thermostat reconnected to my app because sometimes I am technologically challenged!

I appreciate Bobby coming out so quickly. He was able to assess the situation and I am confident he was able to fix the issue. When it comes time to replace the AC / heating unit I will definitely call weathermasters.

Finding a company that has honest technicians that are great at their skill is hard to find. Weather Masters came recommended to us and we are highly recommending them to you. Our first interaction was with Bobby on a Sunday. We knew during our conversation with Bobby that we were in the right place. We had a furnace and air conditioning system installed and the removal of the old. The techs were knowledgeable and very professional. The follow up and follow through throughout the project were timely.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally charge an $80 trip charge but you get to keep that cost if you hire us to provide your service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you’re calling for a preventative maintenance agreement it is pretty straight forward. If it is a complete change out, we will need to come by to see the scope of work. If you are interested in duct cleaning, we do prefer to come by before giving a HARD quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certified in I & II. We have been providing this service in Metro Atlanta for 32+ years.
