We did not actually work together because I couldn’t get a part to repair my computer that was reasonably priced. But he was very attentive and came up with a lot of ideas, even though it wasn’t worth it to me to repair it at that point.

I can't say enough positive things about working with Joao. He was not only professional, he worked extra hard to both diagnose and fix my computer. While I'm sure it took him much longer and more effort than he had anticipated, he stuck to his original price quote just to make sure I was fully satisfied and my computer was perfect. I venture to say I have never met an electronics specialist who was more communicative and trustworthy, and he was truly a dream to work with. Joao, thank you so much! Have him my MacBook to fix after another tech broke my motherboard.. he came quick, tried to help.. gave me every different solution available to be. Got another Mac and now he’ll be doing that for me also. It’s very hard to find a good tech that knows their craft.. crazy as that sounds but many techs are on here are frauds trying to make a quick money.
Joao isn’t one of them.
He’s so good I paid him twice the amount of what we agreed on... he is very patient. I can’t stress that enough

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge only for the service provided, the parts and parts I consult with the customer and indicate what should be purchased. So I try to show Honesty and respect.
In some cases where a diagnosis is required before the estimate, if the customer does not authorize the repair, a diagnostic fee that can vary between $ 10 and $ 50 USD may be charged, depending on the working time of the diagnosis.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer our best, I try to explain everything that needs or is being done to the client, calmly and patiently. Generating trust and bond. I offer all the necessary consultancy to solve the problem.
