We did not actually work together because I couldn’t get a part to repair my computer that was reasonably priced. But he was very attentive and came up with a lot of ideas, even though it wasn’t worth it to me to repair it at that point.

Took him my 2015 MacBook Pro because I couldn’t get passed entering my password. He located the issues, helped me get my laptop running like brand new and the cost was so cost effective I couldn’t believe it. I must say this first, coming from a super cynical perspective I'm learning from experiences like this to not be so skeptical. The technician Joao Filho is excellent, no games, no upselling, none of that. Very professional, I took him a problem I caused with my BIOS and he simply got it done in one day, keeping me very apprised of the progress, even sending a screen grab as evidence as I am "prove it" fiend. He also noted a couple small items he noted along the way, but again, no selling very open ended, "here's a couple of things you should know, " that's it! And he is the real deal, far from a rank amateur, he's got "real" cred. And everything was very economical and I know this from calling other places/businesses where their price point was well over a hundred dollars, not Mr. Filho. Any computer tech issues, this is your guy. He earned himself a repeat customer!

    I charge only for the service provided, the parts and parts I consult with the customer and indicate what should be purchased. So I try to show Honesty and respect. In some cases where a diagnosis is required before the estimate, if the customer does not authorize the repair, a diagnostic fee that can vary between $ 10 and $ 50 USD may be charged, depending on the working time of the diagnosis.
