FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on location, materials, tools, and the complexity of the job. I charge $75 Service Fee to come out and check out what problems you may be dealing with. With that I will explain what you need to do and what needs to happen to get it done. I waive the Service Fee when I complete the project for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get in touch with the customer. In our discussion, I get more information about the job to have an idea of the issue. I then tell them about my $75 Service Fee to come look at the job and get a full scope of what’s going on. If they want me to complete the job for them after I have checked it out, I will waive the Service Fee I never add it ontop of the actual repair
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I.E.C is the Electrical Technician college I went to as an apprentice. Independent Electrical Contractors is an Electrical school that teaches us the correct way of working with these electrical systems.
