I called Team Elite Services in a panic because after having water damage to my kitchen, during the restoration, our floor/ sub floor was pulled up leaving our house exposed to the crawl space and rats entered our entire house. I had called numerous companies but Dennis' company was the one that stood out from the rest. He was on time, very considerate of what was happening to us and took out time to show me all entry points that rodents have gotten into my home. So not only were there rats in the crawl space but rats and flying squirrels in my attics. This has truly been a nightmare but Dennis was/is super professional, very passionate about his work and also very thorough in his explanation and quality of work. He has taken extreme measures to seal up all entry points and trap throughout the entire house. I will definitely being using Team Elite Services from now until eternity. If you are skeptical about what professional to hire, I would recommend Team Elite Services hands down!!!!!!!!!

Dennis was wonderful. He came out and did the job. What really impressed me though was that he came to my house several time (on a holiday weekend) until the job was done.

Dennis was very knowledgable and personable. He performed a thorough inspection of my attic and provided me with a couple of options. No up-sell. His prices were very competitive and provided a two year warranty on the exclusion, with the option to extend the warranty year by year. Really liked this. I discussed other services with Dennis and they all seemed very thorough and a great value. Will definitely be working with Dennis in the future!

Dennis was awesome and explained the pest service and all they were looking for. Happy to describe what he was doing, how they keep my home pest free, and where the nasty little bugs are coming from so we can prevent them. Easy to schedule with, easy to work with. Great value, highly recommended.

Dennis was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. This company was hired for pest removal and to seal up all entry points. The job was done to perfection. The before and after pictures were a huge plus in showing us what was done. I would hire him again!!
