- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Gutter cleaning starts at $125. If you send me your address, I can give you a firm quote usually within a few minutes. Most residential gutter cleanings fall into the $125 to $165 range. If you have gutter screens, there would be an additional per foot labor charge depending on the type of screen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I determine expectations for the job and evaluate the requirements to complete it in a satisfactory manner. I treat each job as is it were my home and provide any observations I see as a courtesy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction industry since 1985. I am a multi-state licensed independent adjuster with 8 years experience. I have been in the roofing industry since 2009. I am HAAG certified.
