FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One thing I would say our customers should know is that we price our jobs based off of the size, weight, and type of materials that we remove. Another factor that goes into that is how long the job should take us based upon the pictures I’m sent once they first reach out! Also, whether or not we have to use our trailer goes into how we factor our pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
So once we’ve first contacted one-another, I always try to get them to send me a picture/pictures of everything they are needing removed. That way it helps us determine how long the job is going to take/go based off of the size, weight, materials we’re removing, etc. It also helps us determine whether the job can be completed with or without a trailer! All of that goes into how we price each job! Lastly, we schedule to complete the job whenever is most convenient for the customer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am completely 100% self-taught! I went to college for about three years before dropping out. Not because of bad grades or anything, but because I had finally figured out that I didn’t want to work for anybody other than myself, and that I was going to figure out how to be successful on my own no matter what!
