FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have fees, no need for them, my pricing solely goes to the things named that I am touching. if I quote you it's solely on what was named. if something else needs to be done in the process I will halt work and immediately let you know if there's a different problem and since I'm already started I'll requote that other portion into the first one at a reasonable price since I'm already started. I would charge higher just because of a new problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to build trust. so I go to your house inspect what needs to be done and tell you what needs to be done, free of charge. because I don't believe a company should have to charge you to come out and only look at something. plumbing is expensive, but if you like your job then you will be fast enough to charge cheaper because some money is better than no money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend mechanical trades institute I am a 5th year apprentice, it is also my last year. plumbing license is already in process and medical gas license as well. this school is now self accredited as well so it will be listed as new college instead of under ksu.
