The service this company provided was very professional . The Technician was able to talk to me about what system would be optimal for my needs . He also was able teach me about the system he was installing . The tech was very knowledgeable on the equipment he did a great job of explaining to me how to use it. They offer support for the device if you should have any questions or concerns. They were very punctual . This company shows great workmanship .The quality of work was exceptional. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard price for installing a 32"in TV on a wall starts at $55 an up.
For computer repair,networking,wifi or surveillance system setup / installation the pricing is calculated according to job.
But we often deviate depending on the uniqueness and difficulty of the project. Typically TVs under 60” are $140, and TVs larger $190. Fireplaces are much more difficult and are all different so the pricing for them is a tad bit different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go through the questionnaire to find out exactly what work the client needs done. Confirm the price and schedule the most convenient time start the job. The customer will then a call from the technician to confirm the installation appointment the day before and when they are on the way. And the technicians will get there on time.
