Did a great job on unstopping toilet. It only took about three minutes to unstop.
Houston was excellent in diagnosing the issue and quickly worked to resolve. It was a bit pricey. It was close to $200.00 but worth it since I had company coming.

Details: 1 toilet • Municipal water (most common) • House

Jason worked on my project, which was a multi-part process. His professionalism was wonderful, and he actually wound up making three separate trips to my home on different days to finish the project. A replacement bidet toilet needed to be installed, and it required rerouting pipe in the wall. Jason was knowledgeable, and quickly managed what could have been a complicated job for anyone else. Additionally, he was super friendly and personable, and a breeze to work with. We hope to be moving, soon, and I have already shared that I will call Dalmatian for plumbing needs/installations in my new residence, and will request Jason. I could not have been happier with the services provided!

Details: Replace an existing toilet • 1 toilet

I reached out to Dalmatian later on a Sunday evening after some water damage in my house I was not sure of the source of. Within minutes they responded and had someone scheduled the next morning. As promised I received a call to confirm when they were on the way and who would be arriving at what time.
Communication was very prompt throughout the process and Fernando was extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue.
