Tim did a wonderful job with our shower handle valve replacement. At the end of the replacement, I remembered I had another issue and he was more than happy to take a look. Turns out, another part in my toilet needing replacing. Thankfully, he had a part in the truck and went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. We even walked around the house where I asked general plumbing questions because I had just moved in (and he’s a wealth of knowledge). 10/10 experience. Will be using them again for any plumbing needs.
