- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At CreoMind Designs Inc, pricing depends on the project scope, required features, timeline, and technical complexity. For smaller projects, we may offer fixed pricing. For larger websites, eCommerce stores, web applications, or custom software projects, we provide a detailed quote based on the exact requirements. We occasionally offer preferred pricing for long term collaborations, multiple projects, or selected first time clients. If additional features, pages, integrations, or revisions are requested outside the approved scope, we always discuss the cost before proceeding. Our goal is to keep pricing clear, fair, and transparent from the beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding your business, goals, users, and what you are trying to build. Once the requirements are clear, we define the project scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Depending on the project, we then move through planning, UX/UI design, development, testing, revisions, and launch. We keep communication clear throughout the project and involve you at the right stages for feedback and approval. After launch, we can also provide ongoing support, updates, and improvements where needed.
