Henry showed up on time. He went through everything, answered all my clients questions and gave us a great quote which my client plans to call them as soon as she closes for the installation.

UPDATE: I spoke with the owner, Don, who apologized for the inconvenience, gave me an acceptable refund, and explained what was happening. I appreciate the resolution and concern for making things right once he got involved. He explained that it was a newer technician and the steps that edge would take regarding training and development with the tech. Thank you!! The plumber was completely lacking in transparency and it was clear he was just trying to make a quick buck. Don’t trust plumbers who claim to offer “free estimates.” They advertise a free visit, but once they arrive, they’ll suddenly say it costs $180 to “open the wall”—even when an access panel is already present. I didn’t feel comfortable with the quoted price and told him I would call back. Later, he contacted me again claiming he knew exactly what the issue was and that it would cost $542 to replace the shower valve and fix the leak. After completing the job, I asked him to send photos of the repair—proof that the valve had actually been replaced—but I never received them. He also insisted on payment through Zelle or Venmo, clearly because those methods can’t be disputed. Soon after, he texted saying it would cost $8,800 to repipe the entire house. When I asked why he didn’t call to tell us the leak wasn’t actually fixed, he said he “didn’t know” until he started working on it. Yet again, there was no communication until after he received payment. Run far from this company. My attorney will be sending a demand letter, with a lawsuit to follow. It’s truly disappointing what some contractors will do for a quick profit.

After speaking with Edin, he assured me that someone else would be sent after my last appointment. He was understanding and respectful of my concerns. The new technician was extremely polite and did as expected My repairs were taken care of. I will use them again, if necessary in the future.
