Andrey was wonderful. He was communicative, efficient and thorough and did a great job. I thought it was going to take me days to find a technician for my washer and dryer and that it would take hours to fix. AA repair responded within minutes of me posting and was able to schedule a time to come out within 24 hours. Now I have a perfectly functioning washer and dryer and I couldn’t be happier!! 100% recommend and I would DEFINITELY use them again!

We had a fridge leaking from two spots. AA Appliance came the very next day after our request, did an AMAZING job, and was early. The tech worked like a dog, charged only $185 even though he did quite a bit of extra work on top of quote and was here three hours, working solidly the entire time. He found several unrelated problems w/ the fridge along the way to being able to effect the repair. He told me about both and explained the ballpark figure that others charge to fix them, but the fixes never worked for anyone, so he wouldn't recommend them. I think many contractors would have said these extra repairs were necessary, but this guy had a workaround for each of them. I should say that both of these repairs would have been very expensive. Best of all, he works on all appliances. I've never seen anything like it.

Andrey is very professional, polite and is punctual. He called in morning to confirm appointment and showed up when he said he would. He checked everything and explained to me what the issues were and then when work was approved he got everything done and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend him for appliance repairs and will call on him in future
