We contacted Appliance Pros to check out our 10 year old Whirlpool washer that had begun skipping parts of the wash cycle. Tony quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed control board, the most expensive component to replace. He explained our options: replace the board or buy a new washer. Since our washer was older than the average lifespan of today’s cheaply made appliances we decided to buy a new one. We appreciate Tony’s honest evaluation and would contact them again.

Serge immediately diagnosed the cause of the water leak in the washer. He very carefully removed the front of the machine so that he could access what needed to be fixed. He reassembled the washer after working to correct the problem. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to show me what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Service was exemplary.
