I used the app at 12 a.m. last night, and even late at night he replied immediately, promising to be here this morning. He arrived on time and finished the work very quickly. Buying a new dishwasher was more expensive than buying one, including delivery, installation, and the hall away fee, but I fixed it for $180, and after the repair, it worked just like when I first bought it I believe he has all the qualities a technician should have: being trustworthy, quick to fix problems, and treating customers fairly.
