What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sends a text message indicating the exact time of arrival., introduce myself, do diagnostics and tell you the cost of the entire repair, which includes the work plus parts and deadlines the repair completion. 4 month warranty on work performed.

I studied at a technical college and later graduated from a school specializing in equipment repair, so I have good knowledge in this area.
