- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Diagnostic fees may apply, but I make sure customers know the cost before work begins. I also offer discounts for repeat customers, seasonal tune-ups, and maintenance packages to help save money in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening carefully to the customer’s concerns and asking questions about the system’s history. Then I perform a full inspection to pinpoint the issue, explain the options in clear terms, and provide an honest estimate. My goal is to make sure every customer feels informed and confident before I begin the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from HVAC trade school, where I trained in heating, cooling, refrigeration, and electrical systems. I hold my EPA 608 Universal certification, which allows me to safely handle refrigerants, and I continue to build my skills through on-the-job training and ongoing education.
