Had bad experience with another contractor and then we hired Sapp. This company is lead by a true professional. They surpass any and all requirements that a customer migh have. They worked around our work schedule to get the work done and the pricing was very reasonable. They had to redo the work on another contractor. They installed shower pan, concrete tiled and grouted shower floor and redone plumbing that was done wrong by another contractor which causes ceiling to leak. sapp redone Plumbing, drywall the ceiling and simpled it. Sapp is number 1 in our book

When I initially contacted SAPP and spoke with Keldrick, they immediately responded to my request, and reviewed the work I was considering. The work initially included rotted trim repairs, shingles replaced on roof, and some initial work on the deck to repair railings, etc. As I was pleased with his overall professionalism, work, and that of his team, I proceeded to add additional tasks to include (completing rebuilding the deck, painting interior of garage, and garage floor, and some interior woodwork trim on our stairway to the 2nd level). All work was done professionally, and we are quite pleased with the results. During the process we did point out a couple of issues that we asked them to review, and they followed up with us immediately to address them. I have since recommended Keldrick & SAPP to some of my co-workers looking for similar projects to be completed and have them on my speed-dial for future projects.

Keldrick and his team are highly professional. Very kind and easy to work with crew. They all communicate very well any modifications or milestones in the project. I have worked with multiple contractors in the past, I have to say that Sapp Construction is the best in all areas.
