- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use a average cost when is used in all states and take the average as a guide to start. Once I see the job I am able to give a better price. When I am installing windows and doors I have a price for remover, lock and deadbolt installation a price for Ln. Ft. for caulking, installing trim. When it looks as if there is going to be a problem I will per hour price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to met the customer to learn something about them and tell them about myself. Listen to what the customer want to be completed and give them some suggestion on how I think the project should be completed and the best price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in the military, to pay close attention to details. I have work 5 years in Civil Engeener. I was trained to do sheet metal work, Install large hanger door and all type of exterior and interior door. I have install 2000 or more window and was trained by Pella window company. I have worked for Midwest Construction company installing window, siding, doors, patio doors and French doors. Midwest construction trained me how cut in new open and install header. The Gutter Company trained me how to install gutter.
