- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rapid Response Plumbing offers a $0 trip charge Monday through Friday. We come out, diagnose the issue, and give you an upfront price before any work begins. Weekend and holiday calls may have a trip charge. We also offer $100 off any service $575 or more. No surprise charges, ever.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out, we'll gather some basic information about your plumbing issue and get you scheduled as quickly as possible. Our technician will arrive on time, introduce themselves, and assess the situation before presenting you with a clear, upfront price. Once you approve, we get to work —and we don't leave until the job is done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is led by Keith Riccitelli, a licensed master plumber with over 30 years of hands-on experience. All of our technicians are trained, licensed, and held to the highest standards of craftsmanship and professionalism. Rapid Response Plumbing holds Georgia Master Plumber License #MP210564.
