I'm quite please with this company. I initially hired them to do drywall repair. However, while at my home I asked if they did other types of carpentry work. Needless to say, they came through for me yet again. They enclosed my back patio with a screen system that blocks all the pesky summer bugs! I'm going to hire them in the future to do a backyard transformation. Great Job guys.

Amazing work by Gustavo and team. Very punctual, transparent on scope of work with the pricing, very good pricing. Very timely communication on progress, arrival, completion of tasks, periodically sent pictures and videos of the work. Very flexible on product selection as well. Gustavo and the Modern Improvements team are absolutely exceptional and we are so glad we worked with them! He and the team closed off a tray ceiling in our primary bedroom and it looks incredible. They were professional, prompt, and Gustavo communicated with us every step of the way--he even sent us progress photos. We had to go out of town the week of renovations and knew the job and our home were in good hands with Gustavo and his team. I highly recommend Modern Improvements, as they did a terrific job on my drywall repairs. I replaced all the copper pipes on 3 floors in my house. Thus after the plumbers finished I had holes in my drywall throughout the house. Modern Improvements did an awesome job replacing and patching the drywall and painting. Gustavo’s constant communications were perfect. I always knew what floor and where his team was working. Their team is a family, and from the first morning they jumped on the job they worked as a team, were very fast, and the work was very high quality. They cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend this family company.
