Amazing work by Gustavo and team. Very punctual, transparent on scope of work with the pricing, very good pricing. Very timely communication on progress, arrival, completion of tasks, periodically sent pictures and videos of the work. Very flexible on product selection as well. Highly recommend for paint work, drywall, ceiling work, LVP and carpet installation and remodeling work. Thanks Gustavo.

I'm quite please with this company. I initially hired them to do drywall repair. However, while at my home I asked if they did other types of carpentry work. Needless to say, they came through for me yet again. They enclosed my back patio with a screen system that blocks all the pesky summer bugs! I'm going to hire them in the future to do a backyard transformation. Great Job guys.

I worked with Gustavo and his crew to refresh my basement and turn it into a studio apartment. They replaced the dated drop ceiling with Sheetrock, installed cabinets, created a vent for the dryer, installed my new bath vanity, extended a wall, all while doing a meticulous job during the process. I had a separate electrician and plumber who had to tear out a bunch of Sheetrock, and Gustavo’s guys did an amazing job patching it all back together. They were very organized, on time, courteous, and professional. I’d highly recommend this company for your renovation needs. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

I highly recommend Modern Improvements, as they did a terrific job on my drywall repairs. I replaced all the copper pipes on 3 floors in my house. Thus after the plumbers finished I had holes in my drywall throughout the house. Modern Improvements did an awesome job replacing and patching the drywall and painting. Gustavo’s constant communications were perfect. I always knew what floor and where his team was working. Their team is a family, and from the first morning they jumped on the job they worked as a team, were very fast, and the work was very high quality. They cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend this family company.
