Johnny showed up on time to repair the GFCI switch which had gone bad. He not only demonstrated exemplary skills in addressing the problem at hand but fixed the problem by going to its root cause and even showed eagerness to show up if the problem was not found to be fully addressed. He was very polite to talk to and also didn’t charge too much for the service even though he had travelled too far to fix the problem. He showed up on time when no other electrician was available. Now that is what I call as truly professional. Full marks to Johnny.
