Believe in being upfront and honest about pricing. Every project is different, so the final cost depends on the scope of work, materials needed, and the time required to complete the job properly. I provide clear estimates before any work begins, and there are no hidden fees. For epoxy flooring projects, I offer free estimates and custom quotes based on the condition and size of the area. For handyman services, we provide upfront pricing whenever possible and discuss any additional costs before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I take the time to understand exactly what the customer needs. Depending on the project, I may ask for photos or schedule an on-site visit. After reviewing the job, I provide an estimate, answer any questions, and schedule the work at a convenient time. My goal is to make the process simple, stress-free, and keep customers informed from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work in construction, home improvement, repairs, and epoxy floor coatings. Over the years, I've worked on a wide variety of projects and continue learning new products, installation techniques, and industry best practices to deliver the best possible results. Also I got certificate for doing Epoxy flooring system.
