Kuma was responsive, and on time. Just moving in to a home that was empty for a month, you’d be surprised to see how many different types of insects are running through the home.
The days after Kuma finished we saw evidence of what was lurking—all ☠️. Hornets, crickets, centipede, various other bugs and spiders. We’re a bit sad about the spiders, but ok to decrease some of the numbers. Great job—definitely will work with Kuma again.

Kuma Pest Control did an outstanding job treating my home. The communication from my initial interest to the technician actually coming out for treatment was top tier. The owner reached out to me within 15 minutes of my request to confirm the service that I needed, the technician also texted me 2 hours prior to the appointment and whenever he was on his way making me aware of his time of arrival. The actual treatment took about 30 mins. The treatment was done thoroughly and the technician was very knowledgeable and communicated with my husband what may have been the issue. It has been about 2 weeks since the treatment and we have not seen any pests anywhere in our home. I would highly recommend this company! You can’t beat the value, professionalism, and communication.
