- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer several services and just to name a few: • Virtual 1-on-1 style strategy sessions ( 60 minutes) • Mini Closet Edit • 2 Outfits curated by Coco with shoppable links to purchase (Curated looks added to your virtual look book) • (10) Handpicked "FINDS" by me based on your style, lifestyle, and budget. (Finds will be loaded to your virtual closet where you can purchase with just one click) • Customized Virtual closet ( Shortcut on your phone directly to your closet) • Personal Lookbook Book a style Direction call at cocostylesny for more details We do offer a payment plan but this is solely based on the package selected by the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have an initial style direction call to see where you are with your style and where you would like to go. This is a complimentary call that's 30 minutes long, Once the service is booked the real work begins. You'll complete an extensive questionnaire so that your virtual closet is created. Once that's created your stylist will begin setting up your customized virtual closet. You'll then complete the new client onboarding to do's so we can get the ball rolling. I use a customized method to take my clients from a-z. With this method, we dig deep into what your style struggles are and find and create the best style and looks for you. If you are a minimalist we have something for you as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been styling for about 3 years but recently did revamp because I wanted to target women who really needed some guidance with their style and style struggles. I completed an 8-month course at Style Coach Academy to add to my resume. I wanted to make sure I was surrounded by other stylists so that I could always be in the know of what was going on in my industry.
