Leo and his team were consummate professionals. Leo was very knowledgeable about his work , and went above and beyond to make sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. I received a similar quote from a painter who planned on doing less work His prices are very fair especially for the quality of work. I just got my project completed less than a week ago and have already referred him to a friend of mine and she too is impressedAug 1, 2017Verified
We had our 3CB work on our home - refinish of front door, house painting, carpentry repair to chimney, fascia and soffit repair. Very pleased with the quality of work and quote provided was very reasonable. He inspected the work and often times pointed out areas that he was going to have his folks redo or touch up because he wasn't satisfied. Overall, very pleased with the quality of he work...will use Leo and his team again!Jul 25, 2017
Leo is very professional and strives to perform high quality work with his crew. He performed exterior reconstruction of a damaged chimney, exterior painting, exterior repair of trim and wood windows, as well as interior rebuild of a water damaged wall and complete interior painting. Pricing is fair (not necessarily the lowest) and work is completed as quickly as possible.Jul 19, 2017

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We begin by putting a face to our name by providing free in-person evaluation. The in-person evaluation sets the stage towards earning the trust and business of a potential client. By providing free in-person evaluations we understand the nature of the project, educate potential clients of options available and the ideal process of how the job should be completed. We believe educating potential clients helps them to pick out those professionals that cut corners from those that pride themselves in providing quality workmanship. We ask fact finding questions to understand the potential clients needs, wants and must haves with an end goal to provide them with a firm and accurate labor estimate for their project at hand.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?Price is generally the number 1 factor in making a decision to hire a professional. When selecting based on price, a client must ask "What am I getting for my money?" Professionals that provide the lowest price may be doing so by taking shortcuts and providing lower end materials. Always ask "What am I getting for my money?" and compare that with other professionals so you can fairly compare apples to apples.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project? What are the nice to haves vs the must haves. This helps professionals provide an accurate estimate based on the customers needs and wants. It also helps compare apples to apples when selecting a professional.
