- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m fully transparent with all of my fees and I can pretty much beat any price out there. I’m not in the business to rip people off. I’m here to help people get their appliances back in working order and not break the bank.

I’ve gone through a multitude of trainings, across most manufacturers and appliance repair in general
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and the opportunity arose in 2005 to do appliance repair work and I’ve been doing it ever since
