Key was very professional. She messaged me a few days before our appointment and communicated estimated costs. She communicates well and is reliable. She messaged me prior to arrival, which allowed for me to have an estimated arrival time. Upon arrival, Key immediately understood the assignment and the job was done professionally and with great attention to detail. As this was an IKEA specific assembly, there were missing pieces. Thankfully Key had her handy toolbox and addressed the missing parts issue. Key was professional, provided a fair and reasonable rate, and overall did a quality job. I’ll definitely be using her services again and strongly recommend her to others.

This was a great experience. I had a damaged front door. Kiki was able to help me find a replacement, she pick it up from the store and came to install. She made a total of 4 trips to my house to measure, paint and install. She was very knowledgeable about what I needed and kept me up to date about what was needed to complete the job. She was on time and very easy to work with. I will definitely call her again for any future needs I have. Thank you Kiki!!!!

Key is just an awesome professional. Her work ethic, punctuality and knowledge are second to none. 2 of the metal parts that came with the furniture boxes were not of the right size but Key was able to saw it down to the right sizes and made it work. It was a very complex job but Key did it exceptionally well. She even took away the empty packaging on my request for disposal. I would highly recommend Key for any type of furniture assembly jobs.
