When things fall in place like they should, we all have a good day. I called several contractors to replace nose molding on my stairs, that was causing a hazard to my kids. The contractors who I spoke with were all overpriced and gave dates so far out. Finally, Luis who was very responsive and made provisions to come out to my home the same day. He arrived on time, very professional and his rates were extremely reasonable and affordable! I booked him on other projects that I am working on in my house. Very easy to talk to and he explained everything and in detail. I will continue to use him on ALL of my projects!
