- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts to our community HEROS - active duty miltary, veterans, police, fire fighters, EMTs, ER workers, educators, and faith leaders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation to understand your needs and goals. From there, a quote is provided. If you deceide that we are the right company to help you, we will gather the necessary information to book an appointment. There a is an inspection agreement to sign via DocuSign, and then the inspection is performed. Payment is usually made prior to the inspection and is required to release any information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold certifications with InterNACHI, IAC2, IICRC, and the EPA.
