They went over and beyond to clean my home. (They did some organizing for me as well). The house was filthy but they worked with me. They made 3 trips (3 days) to get the house done

The wouldn’t let me pick more than three things that made this experience great - and I’ve got at least ten. We moved out of an older house that has seen some stuff and after a month + of sitting vacant it was time to for the move out clean. Nestor was early to the job to make sure he had time to get his supplies set up and he walked me through what we wanted done and made sure he was clear about any and all specifics. He was incredibly thorough and it certainly showed in the details. I don’t think my oven was as clean as it is now the day I bought it. He sent me pictures along the way and confirmed I was satisfied with the work at multiple stages- which I really appreciated. Nestor was an absolute professional and a genuinely delightful person- I have never had a better experience (or a cleaner house). Also, the value for the service is almost criminal! 10/10 would recommend and will use again!!!!

I was able to get a last min appointment for a very needed deep clean. They responded immediately after I sent in my request form. They arrived early and ready to go. The confirmed before they started what exactly I all needed done and got straight to work. There products are baby friendly which I was so happy to hear! They kept me updated the entire time while they were cleaning and told me when they were done, and they had locked the door like I had asked. I will definitely use them again!

They definitely “Maid” it great again! Showed up a few min late but he let me know ahead of time which I greatly appreciate and understand that things happen. They took their time and paid attention to detail. Everything was spotless and smelled great. They even went above and beyond with wiping out the microwave and making up the bed! Great value and great team of people. Will definitely be using them again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing are based by many factors but rest assure we are budget friendly. you point out the problem and we'll maid it great again. Also for your 1st time cleaning you'll get a 15% off which this offer is for a limited time only and a 5% off for recurrence with a fixed price for the remainder of your time with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always keep customers updated if there's any further cleaning to be conducted but the price will remain the same for the allocated hours requested unless something changes in between shift.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and myself are certified in Residential and commercial green cleaning & waste management.
