- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on standard company cleaning prices. Cleaning professionally is more so based on the square footage of the home versus how many bedrooms or bathrooms. We do offer a discount for reoccurring clients whether they be weekly, biweekly or monthly. We also offer a military and first responder discount of 5% as long as you can provide identification.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Calling to introduce ourselves...asking them to tell us about their home, what their goal is, how often they are looking for a clean & if they have any areas of concern.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’ve been cleaning for a few years now via word of mouth however In 2020 I decided to take the leap.
