- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require 50% of quoted estimate up front prior to commencement of any work. We accept payment in the form of personal check, money order or debit. Please don't forget to ask about our 10% discount on any cash payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we initiate contact and set up a time to conduct a "walk through" together so we can provide an estimate. During the walk through we listen to what the customer wants and take note along with measurements and pictures. after we complete the estimate which can take up to a few days depending on how busy we are at the time and will start work once the estimate is approved and signed by both parties along with 50 percent of estimate at the beginning of the project.

I subscribe to several trade magazine and network with several contemporaries who inspire me to always seek new knowledge and remain open minded. Attend conventions and seminars. Member of NTCA (National Tile Contractors Association)
