Our experience with Aaron was exceptional!
The work was a middle of the road quote. The workmanship was, however, excellent.
We did a long retaining wall with an inch of top soil. We had it sloping down to what will be a frog pond.
We would absolutely hire him again!!

I hired Woodraven to install pavers, concrete, and sod in my backyard. While the initial quote seemed reasonable, the quality of work and subsequent customer service has been extremely disappointing.
Some pavers areas have unsightly white spots, likely caused by concrete residue, which have ruined the appearance of a large area in my backyard. This is not the paver color issue it is the installation issue. The drainage system, including the drainage box, is completely ineffective. The drainage box has even popped out of the ground, causing rainwater to pool and kill the newly installed sod. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to them , Woodraven has not come to fix it or provide any satisfactory solutions. Their promised warranty support is non-existent.
I strongly advise potential customers to avoid Woodraven. Their lack of attention to detail and unwillingness to stand behind their work is unacceptable.

Contact was made with Mr. Pat to let him know that we would be out to rectify any issues once the current job we were on was completed. The review was posted after speaking with him and agreeing to come back out with no problems. We have been in constant contact and aren’t really sure what the issue is as we agreed to come out.
