Transparency in our estimates: We don't charge any hidden fees. All our clients receive an estimate before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Information Gathering Introduction. What type of service do they need? (lockout, rekey, install, etc.) What’s the location? Is this an emergency? 2. Confirm Appointment For immediate needs, confirm ETA. For scheduled jobs, agree on a date and time. 3. On-Site Assessment Upon arrival, verify the customer’s identity (especially in lockouts). Confirm the job requirements. Quote before starting work. 4. Perform the Work Complete the job efficiently and professionally. 5. Testing & Confirmation Ensure the customer are satisfied with the outcome. 6. Payment & Receipt Accept payment (cash, card, digital, etc.). Provide a receipt and briefly explain the warranty or service policy (if any)
