Paul (owner of Party Smiles) was great. I booked with him at the last minute and he was extremely communicative and responsive. At the event he had an issue connecting with the WiFi at my venue (so did my DJ so this was a venue issue and not a Paul issue), but he worked through the issue. His wife was also there for part of the event and they were both so nice, and it was very clear that they were working extremely hard to make me happy and the Photo Booth a success. They were extremely customer service oriented. I would definitely use Smiles Photo Booth in the future and would highly recommend them.
