I always look forward to my mid-week Pilates class since most of my workouts are cardio and strength training based. The benefits I have received are leaner muscles in my stomach and arms, stabilizing my shoulders and stretching my tight hips. Working with Carol as a personal Trainer is a great experience. Whether it's yoga or nutriion, her depth of knowledge is quite broad when it comes to getting the body in top shape and in the most efficient manner. In other words you get the most for your money. I have worked with other trainers but Carol is somewhat different in that she has an uncanny ability to really tune in and know just how far to push. Carol is warm and personable and a real joy to work with but if you think that you can get away with anything because of her pleasant disposition...think again. She can be very firm when she needs to be. I have left many a session being angry at her for working me so hard lol but at the end of the day I am better for it. 😁

We are a private Pilates studio in the heart of Historic Roswell. We offer private Pilates in an intimate environment or small group classes. I have taken yoga,Pilates from Lakisha well over 10 years and she is the best instructor I've had. She is patient, knowledgeable and plays the best music in class. If you ever get a chance you must take one of her classes.
Marnie is very sweet and kind hearted. I started practicing prenatal yoga with her earlier this year. I unfortunately ended up having a miscarriage and Marnie has continued to be there for me ever since. After the miscarriage, I decided to continue my practice with yoga and every once in a while Marnie and I will have a private yoga session. She is very great at helping me with my practice and I have learned a lot about yoga since I met Marnie. I expressed to her before that I wasn't too comfortable with doing the pose Downward Dog and she assisted me with the Downward Dog in one of our sessions to help me embrace it and become more comfortable. She is really focused on my needs and my goals in my practice.
