- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is unique for each customer and we will always want to see your property before offering a management contract for our services. Our fees consist of a leasing commission for tenant placement and a monthly management fee that is based on a percentage of the monthly rent. The fees vary depending on the property, services selected, and investor portfolio. Our services are flexible, and we allow our customers to choose what mix of services they want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We don't offer a process but a commitment. Our commitment to you: We will work with both you and your tenants in a professional manner and keep integrity at the forefront of everything we do. Our goal is to provide excellent service every time, on-time. We strive to ensure your rental is maintained to its optimum condition and to maximize its profitability, while balancing this with fairness to the families who are our mutual customers and tenants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed Real Estate Agents in the State of Georgia. Our agents complete a minimum of 36 continuing education hours annually. In addition, our Property Director is certified in Procurement and E-commerce, giving us an added edge when negotiating with vendors on your behalf.
